Ever since the 80s, Odaiba had been the most romantic place for lovers.  The Ferris Wheel, malls, beautiful view of Ocean and the night view of cities. Odaiba is must go place for the couples and of course tourists.

1. Round 1 Spoccha
Are you looking for a date that’s different from any other day? Maybe more sports may keep your date hot ?  In the Diver City, there is a place called Spoccha by Round 1 that provide rollerblading rink, tennis court, batting machine, basketball court,  ping pong court, rodeo machine, table tennis,  pool table, arcade games and …. you know what you can play all these games for all day if you pay.

2. Ferris Wheel

What makes romantic date romantic ? Ferris Wheel located by the Venus Fort provide the scenery of the city, port and the beautiful view of bridges.  I don’t recommend you to go on it at day time because…. it is super hot inside the Ferris Wheel so why not ride it at time of Sun Set?

3. Car Museum

Car Museum is located in the Venus Fort. If you and your partner loves old cars, this is a fun place! M really loves cars so he enjoyed this place and so did I.  You can ride on some of the cars and take photos with it!

4. Venus Fort Outlet Mall

Now… Venus Fort Outlet Mall is not impressive to be honest. I wasn’t so happy with the shops and not all shops were outlet shops. But Venus Fort is pretty romantic with ceiling of sky and fountain in the middle. It reminds me of European scenery.

5. Gandam By Diver City

Do you like Gandam? Well.. here is a chance to see the BIG BIG size GANDAM! It is so big. If you love it, make sure to check out the Cafe in the Diver City! It is located on the top floor next to the Round 1

6. Joypolis

Joypolis is a SEGA sponsored theme park that have arcade like rides.   Car racing machine, roller coaster, 3D rides, Haunted House, movie related attractions … If you are in Odaiba in the rainy days,  why not head to Joypolis. It is pretty fun for children as well as couple.  It is open till pretty late so you can head to Joypolis after work and still have fun!

BARBIE KITAI: Tokyo Day 5 – Odaiba

Odaiba isnt really far away from our place but since it was a huge hanabi we had to stand in line to get the train in Shimbashi. We waited for about 30 minutes to get into an overcrowded train ,_,. But in the end it was all worth it!

At Tokyo’s Odaiba district, at the biggest cinema they have over there I saw this ambitious life sized diorama of a scene from the new animated movie, Anohana. For being a quite minor release, I couldn’t help being impressed
